Warranty
Is there a warranty and how long is it?
Yes, all our watches are covered by 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. About Vintage warranty covers only the manufacturing defects on the watch itself.
Please note that the warranty is not applicable in the following cases:
1. Theft, loss.
2. Wear and tear and normal aging of the watch (scratched glass, impact on the case...)
3. All types of damage to the entire watch (or part of it) resulting from improper handling or use, lack of maintenance, negligence, accident (drop, scratch, crush, broken glass, etc.), improper use of the watch or failure to follow the instructions provided by About Vintage.
How long is the battery life of my watch?
The batteries fitted in our timepieces are expected to last around 2-4 years depending on movement type. The battery life-time depends on external factors such as, but not limited to external temperature, humidity, air pressure.
Battery changes are not considered as a warranty repair service. Batteries can be found in our store or at other electronics stores, watchmakers or jewelry shops.
