I am extremely disappointed with the lack of responsibility this store has shown regarding the delivery of my order. Not only was my package shipped late, but it was also held in customs in the U.S., and the store made no effort to assist in resolving the issue.
When I reached out to them for support, I was simply told that it was "out of their hands." A business should take full ownership of the delivery process and ensure that customers receive their orders in a timely manner. Ignoring the situation and failing to track shipments after dispatch is completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, they are now asking me to review the products—when I haven’t even received them! This demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. If they were truly committed to providing good service, they would stay on top of their shipments and proactively assist customers rather than leaving them to deal with issues alone.
I want to clarify that my dissatisfaction is not necessarily with the product itself, but with the store’s lack of experience in handling shipping and customer support. Because of this, I cannot recommend purchasing from them until they improve their processes and take more responsibility for their customers' orders.

As soon as we were informed that additional documents were required, we promptly provided them to the clearance team to facilitate the release of your package. Unfortunately, customs procedures are outside of our direct control, and while we do our best to ensure a smooth shipping process, occasional delays can still occur.

However, if we are not informed that something is wrong or that customs require additional documents beyond what has already been submitted, there is little more we can do besides following up with them until we receive a clear response. That being said, we will, of course, make sure you receive the products you have paid for.

Since I saw this watch, I liked it a lot, the materials the design is simply fabulous, the strap is too good and it looks incredible, the other options they offer you are very good, such as the engraving, I decided to put a bible verse since in everything you have to honor, and praise God as well as thank for everything he provides us, it is a magnificent watch just like the company.

I think this is a timeles and genderless piece. It has very elegant details and high quality.Me as a woman in academical research, I use my watch everyday with confidence.
I really like the design and the detail is mindblowing. It goes with every occasion. I think this is really worth to buy. This is my first About Vintage, won't be my last for sure.
Nice design watches with excellent service
I have had the watch for a few weeks now and am very impressed with its overall styling and feel. The colors are very soft and pair well with the super comfortable brown leather strap. Enjoy the functionality of a day/date dial. Nice overall size for daily wear and easily fits under a shirt cuff. I am enjoy this watch and thrilled to have gotten in on this very limited run.
