Watch is nice but I was surprised that I had to pay the customs clearance around 20% of watch price. I thought it was included. Total price was 1900 SAR not 1600 SAR.

As noted in our policy, for countries outside the EU buying items ex. VAT, customers are responsible for paying import taxes according to their specific country’s laws. This means that, while you paid the full amount for your order, any additional customs taxes are handled directly between you and your country's customs authorities.
I received a mail saying you had fulfilled my order 14 days ago. I am not sure how you fulfilled my order when I still have not received the item I ordered

Import duties and taxes should be advised on checkout and not hidden under a shipping policy sub section. The watch is good looking but the price doesn't makes sense as it does not include duties one has to pay in home country
I had my 1964 engraved a short sentence and a date, From time of order to delivery was 3 days.. Perfect engraving, cannot brag enough about the whole experience.. Great looking watch, I like weight of it. And very affordable.. Will be purchasing a second time soon.!
The time of shipment is not correct
They take more than 2-5 days & when you call they ask you to contact shipment company …. So
I bought the limited edition blue as a gift for my son and I am really pleased with how it looks and I am confident that he will like it as well. . . Clean, classic and a keeper!
I purchased the gold case and am very happy with it. I swapped the navy strap out for brown crocodile, which I think looks even better. Seems to keep accurate time so far.

For me, the product is great. Especially, the design is great. Generally speaking, it almost reach my expextation. But if you can extend another hole within the innermost hole of the existing watch band, or you can provide free punching service, this will exceed my expectations. Besides, it will be great if you can highlight the customs tax policy to make a tip in product purchasing page.
It was very nice to unbox the watch and wind it to get it going - something I had not done in many years! the box, the spare wristband and the engraving was spotless. I had to request a delay in delivery because of business travels and the ABOUT VINTAGE team was responsive and very accommodating. Definitely, I recommend considering adding the 1968 Mechanical to your collection.
It's a beautifull watch. The moment I saw the watch on the website I was in love with the watch. In realtime the watch is even better.
I orderd the watch at a sunday afternoon in the Netherlands. And Tuesday 12 noon the watch was delivered to me. Very quick.
